Two months ago, our President, Cary Gutwein, traveled to Nicaragua to meet with a few of our suppliers and learn more about the coffee sourced from the largest country in Central America. The trip allowed us to further an existing relationship with the owners of one of our suppliers and continue to meet and get to know the workers here. At Copper Moon, we believe when we know the farmers and workers by name, that we are building a trusted friendship which we anticipate will endure for many years to come.
We left with a tremendous appreciation for the remarkable, hardworking people who care for the land, the harvest, and the origin of our high-quality coffee beans. Without their dedication and expertise, Copper Moon would not exist! We are passionate about purchasing our coffee direct from farmers. Coffee is relational, and we are all about building lasting relationships at Copper Moon.
