Inside Sales Manager

The Inside Sales, Customer Service Coordinator position is responsible for managing sales activities for assigned accounts and customer interaction. The position will also be responsible for working with and coordinating the customer service team to ensure customer needs are met timely and accurately. The ideal candidate is a leader that embodies a positive culture and believes in motivating by reinforcing good behavior and success. Copper Moon Coffee is seeking a motivated, highly driven individual with a passion for improving efficiencies and obtaining the highest level of both employee and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

      Create and maintain a dynamic customer focused team

  • Aid in the professional development of individuals working with the position

    • Provide ongoing training, guidance and support to other team members

    • Develop and maintain a positive environment where creativity and motivation can thrive

  • Direct the demonstration program

    • Aid in the growth and awareness of Copper Moon demonstrators

    • Oversee scheduling and training of demonstrator team

  • Manage sales activities for assigned accounts

    • Build strong relationship with assigned customers

    • Monitor and achieve annual sales budget for assigned customers

    • Identify opportunities and capture a larger share of assigned customer’s business

  • Act as the single point of contact for customer related questions

    • Navigate different internal company departments to uncover solutions and answers

  • Participate in weekly meetings to discuss topics regarding customer service, new product, freight, and sales


Job Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ account management experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Leadership or Sales preferred

  • Proven ability to manage customer objectives and complaints

  • Experience and demonstrated success in sales management

  • High proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • EDI, ASN and customer portal experience a plus

  • Genuine interest in engaging and motivating team
