LAFAYETTE, IN — Copper Moon Coffee will be opening a café, early 2020, in the new Hi-Vine mixed-use building. Hi-Vine is located right in the heart of Purdue University, close to Chauncey Hill. This will be Copper Moon’s second location in West Lafayette and third location in Tippecanoe County with a few more expected to open in 2020.
“We’re excited to continue our expansion into West Lafayette and nearby Purdue University,” said Brad Gutwein, CEO of Copper Moon Coffee and Purdue alumnus. “Being a family-owned and operated coffee roaster; It’s great to partner with Weida Management, another local family business with their Hi-Vine mixed-use building. I feel we share the same family values of integrity, trust, and hospitality.”

Copper Moon Coffee will offer a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso-based drinks, and tea. The menu will also include sandwiches, wraps, salads, and baked goods.
Copper Moon was represented by Corey Andrews of Retail Real Estate Advisors. The landlord was represented by Jim Pitoukkas of CB Commercial Shook Real Estate.
