Customer Service Coordinator/Order Entry

This position will be responsible for administrative level support in order to maintain the effective operations of the organization. We are seeking a motivated individual to work closely with departments including Production, Sales, Operations, and Finance. Our ideal candidate is energetic and has a strong work ethic. The ability to learn quickly and execute tasks in a timely manner is a must.

 This position may be responsible for, but is not limited to, the following: 

  • Enter production orders

  • Print product labels

  • Mail monthly customer statements

  • Enter PO’s, inventory receipts and inventory count for finished goods

  • Invoice and document filing

  • Order equipment and supplies

  • Maintain postage machine

  • Distribute mail

  • Process Orders

  • Make check and cash deposits, enter AR payments

  • Handle customer complaints

  • Answer Phones (shared responsibility)


Qualifications Required:  

  • Associate’s Degree in Business or Related Field  

  • Minimum of three years administrative office support experience

  • Direct experience with day-to-day order entry

  • Strong verbal and written communication

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Motivated individual with the ability to efficiently multi-task
